CoreAccess+ is a middleware service that establishes a connection between contact center platforms and core systems such as Jack Henry (Symitar/Ease, Silverlake), FIS, Fiserv, Corelation, CRMs, and others. Within CoreAccess+, there are pre-defined Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) used to establish communication between your contact center platform and your core system.
CoreAccess+ integrates with your contact center's interaction features, including voice bot, web messaging (chat bot), voice calls, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) — collectively referred to as the conversation flow.
